2. How long has your company been a wholesale supplier of handicraft products?

We are the 5th generation to inherit and develop handicrafts. So we have a lot of experience producing this item. In addition, we have 3 years of experience exporting this product to the international market.

3. What is your main product?

Handicraft products :Lamp shades & lanterns, furniture, houseware, kitchenware, and home decor products made from a diverse range of natural materials such as seagrass, water hyacinth, jute, rattan, bamboo, fern, palm leaf,…

 4. What is your MOQ?

Normally MOQ for one design is 50 pieces/design. For a full container order, the MOQ is 20 pieces/design.

5. Why is the website not showing product prices?

Because product prices are volatile and have a short-term value. We also rely on your order quantity to give the best factory price. You just need to add the item with the exact quantity. We will make a detailed quote and send it via email. We can negotiate the price.

6. Can you make samples?

Yes, we can. We will give you the free samples. Sample making time is 7-10 days, it depends on the designs. All sample cost and shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

7. Do you accept customization requests?

Yes, we do. We have in-house designers and also cooperate with other designers. It is easy if you would love to change the patterns but it will take more time and cost to make your designs.

8. How is your quality control?

We will make samples and send customers for confirmation before mass production. Throughout the production process, we have a QC (Quality Control) department to monitor and inspect. After the order is completed, you can hire a third party to final Inspection before shipment.

9. May we use your photographs?

After purchasing our products. You can use our product photos for advertising or posting on your website. We are happy to provide you with product photos and production photos.

10. May I come to your factory?

We are happy to take you on a tour of our factory. You can directly experience making a handmade product at our factory and meet the artisans.

We are willing to take responsibility if the goods are defective, damaged, or broken due to the manufacturer within 10 days of receiving the shipment. All defective, damaged or broken goods must be clearly reported by the buyer with pictures. We will refund/credit for defective items on your next order with us.
